Plain-language terms for using WeaveCycle.

These terms govern use of the WeaveCycle platform and website. They are a transparent legal-review draft dated September 22, 2026 — pilot customers with bespoke agreements are covered by those agreements first.

The service

WeaveCycle is business software for Shopify merchants: it routes customer returns to resale, repair, restock, or recycling and tracks recovered value. It is sold as a subscription to businesses, not to consumers.

Your account

You are responsible for your workspace, the users you invite, and keeping sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and have authority to connect the Shopify store you connect.

Your data

Your store, order, and return data stays yours. You grant WeaveCycle the rights needed to operate the service on it — nothing more. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Our software

WeaveCycle retains all rights in the platform, its code, and its branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while subscribed.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling access, and no submitting data you have no right to process.

AI-assisted features

Photo inspection, reason categorization, and similar AI outputs are workflow aids reviewed by your team. Route recommendations come from your own recovery settings, not from AI. Deterministic rules — not AI — control eligibility, refunds, and other binding decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, invoicing, and taxes run through Shopify.

Billing through Shopify

Paid plans are billed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill. You choose, change, and cancel your plan on Shopify's plan page for WeaveCycle. Shopify collects payment and charges any tax it is required to.

Plans and pricing

Starter is free. Growth and Scale are monthly plans for one store each. Multi-store is priced by the number of stores on the account, at the tier covering that store count, and a store count between tiers takes the next tier up. List prices are in USD, plus any applicable tax. From 50 stores the published figure is a floor and the account is quoted individually; above 100 stores the published tiers stop applying. Pilot workspaces remain free while the pilot runs.

Currency and tax

Plans are priced and charged in USD. If you pay your Shopify bill in another currency, Shopify converts the charge at its own rate. The USD list price is the price your plan is based on.

Annual commitments

An annual commitment is billed for twelve months at a 15% discount. Accounts of 50 or more stores committing for a full year may receive up to 20%. Discounts are not combined: the volume commitment rate replaces the standard annual discount rather than adding to it.

Usage above your plan

We never stop processing your returns when your plan's monthly allowance is reached, and there is no per-return charge. Above the allowance, AI features pause until the next month or until you upgrade.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Shopify's plan page, and uninstalling the app also ends its charges. After cancellation your workspace and its data stay, on the free Starter plan. Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy.

Service availability

WeaveCycle is an early-stage product provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable and monitored, but we do not yet offer a contractual uptime guarantee outside bespoke pilot agreements.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeaveCycle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that breach these terms, create security risk, or are required to be closed by law, with notice where practicable.

Changes and contact
